Your Instructor
Chef Angela-Michelle has been cooking since the age of 6 and baking since she was 8 years old. I guess you can say she was “born to cook.” Her mom was a cook and her dad a chef. Not only was Angela a product of a grand culinary creation, but she also spent half of her childhood on a family farm. That experience led her to have a great appreciation and understanding of how to grow fresh fruits and vegetables. As an adult, she's practiced and learned how to prepare dishes of various cultures and origins. All of this knowledge and experience has led Angela to retire from her 25-yr modeling career and start her own cooking company, Culinary Kisses.
Chef Angela-Michelle has researched, practiced, trained, taught and traveled to gain her vast culinary knowledge. She a self-proclaimed cultural gastrologist and foodie extremist who loves and cooks all kinds of foods including ... Mexican, Italian, Creole, French, Asian, Southern, Mediterranean, Indian, Spanish and African. She is always thinking about how she can “create” a new culinary masterpiece. She also loves taking foods people don’t like and creating a dish that they love (while making it healthy too).
Aside from studying culinary art from some of the most renown chefs in the world, Chef Angela-Michelle has also earned a certificate in plant-based nutrition from Cornell University.
Chef Angela-Michelle has blazed her own culinary trail by hosting her own TV show, operating an online cooking school, developing unique recipes, authoring flavor-filled cookbooks and culinary curriculums, hosting both national and international virtual cooking classes, writing for an international culinary and travel magazine, and most recently ... launching a 30-day Total Health Challenge.
And, as if that wasn’t enough, Chef Angela-Michelle was the first chef to offer and host a virtual cooking class. That was 12 years ago, and she’s still going strong.
